I had a very disappointing experience with this banking app. It forces users to give consent to share their personal data not only with the app but also with third parties. Even worse, they retain the right to use your data even after you stop using this bank. This lack of transparency and control over my own information feels invasive and unfair. Banking apps should prioritize user privacy and offer clear options to limit data sharing, especially for marketing or third-party purposes.

The apps is ok for me. The problem is coming from credit card page. It's very difficult to check current transactions. Sometimes, you get the error page, and you have to start from the beginning.

Anydesk detected as suspicious app, lel im aware anydesk occasionaly used by scammer... But dis getting to far, just remind the user, and let me use the app. Worst banking experience, since my company used payroll on ocbc, spamming phone call almost every day. Heck a couple days ago, there in new agreement about sharing my data to 3rd party (which i rejected...)
